Am I committed to a long term contract?
While you are not locked into a long‑term contract, our service plans do require a minimum number of cleanings when you enroll. As a small business, this helps us plan staffing and resources, manage operational costs, and keep our service prices stable for all customers.
Monthly Plan: Minimum of 6 consecutive cleanings; Quarterly Plan: Minimum of 4 quarterly cleanings You can still cancel at any time after meeting the minimum commitment, with no cancellation fees and no long‑term obligations.
When do you clean my cans?
We clean your garbage cans the day after your trash pickup. That keeps our routes efficient and avoids the delays caused by recycling collectors running behind.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Monthly is the most cost effective for most households, and it is what most of our customers choose. Quarterly works well for smaller households or cans kept outside a garage.
Do you offer one time cleans?
Yes, for both residential and commercial customers. A one time clean is $55 for up to two cans, with no minimum and no plan.
What happens to the dirty water?
It stays with us. The contaminated water and any remnants are contained on the truck and disposed of correctly, so nothing runs down your driveway or into a storm drain.
